Reach a human

Trawlia is run by one person. There is no support tier and no ticket queue - this form goes straight to the inbox of someone who can actually change the code.

Expect a reply within two working days.

Refunds

If the service does not do what this site says it does, say so within 30 days of the charge and the month is refunded in full. Pick Billing or a refund above; there is no retention conversation to sit through.

Privacy requests

Requests for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion are answered within 30 days. What is held and for how long is set out on the privacy page.

Security

If you find a vulnerability, send it with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not threaten you for reporting something in good faith.

Please do not run automated scanners against the API. It shares a machine with other services, and load-testing it affects real people rather than a lab.

Status

The status page reads live from the API and shows whether search is working and which optional capabilities are configured. GET /health and GET /v1/status are both unauthenticated if you would rather have the JSON.

Before writing in about missing or thin results, check it. It will tell you whether the topic you were searching is servable right now, which is usually the answer.
